Do I need to be in shape to try this?

How does scheduling work?
You can book sessions directly in the app and see real-time availability. It’s easy to find a time that works or book with friends.

Can I work out with friends?
Yes. You can book a session on demand and work out solo or with up to two friends.

Do HIIT or ISO sessions use a mat or towel?
HIIT sessions don’t use a mat or towel.
ISO sessions use a heat-safe mat and towel designed specifically for infrared heat. They’re provided at no cost for your free ISO session. After that, most members choose to purchase their own or rent a set for $5 per day, which can be used for as many ISO sessions as you’d like that day.

How much does membership cost?
Membership is $79/month for unlimited sessions at this location, or $99/month for unlimited sessions at any HOTWORX location. There are no annual maintenance fees.

Is there a long-term commitment?
Memberships have a 6-month commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with no fee. If life changes sooner, there’s a one-time $99 option to cancel early.
